Directions:
From I-95, take Route 17 East (exit #), stay straight on Rt. 17 about 18 miles you will be in King George County.The speed limit is 45 MPH. Turn left and Follow the signs to parking area.
From Rt. 301 and Rt 206 in Dahlgren go 2.8 miles on Rt 206 turn right on Rt 218 and turn right in 4.9 miles at Rt 642 follow signs.

Race ScheduleTo provide accurate times, you will be assigned a number. Numbers will be assigned when you pick up your race packet.

Before the race you will go to the assigned area for body marking. Your number will be on your right arm and left leg. Please don’t put your number on yourself.

1 mile kids Leo Fun Run – Boys start at 9am. Girls and mixed will start at 9:10. All 1 Mile runners should be ready to go at 9am.

4 Mile – Men will start at 10am. Women and mixed teams will start at 10:10. All 4 Mile runners should be ready to go at 10am.

We are recording finish times only. All awards are based on gun time.

Course Instructions: There will be water located about 1 1⁄2 miles into the course. There are port-a potties near the starting area. Water and food items are provided. For safety, please follow course marshals’ directions.

This is an obstacle race and a trail race. Any runner leaving the trail or going around any obstacles will be short cutting the course and will not be eligible for the overall winner’s category. Follow the tape markings and the Lion head arrows.

If you are not able to finish or need medical care, notify the nearest course marshal.

Note: Each participant is required to have a signed waiver with emergency contact information on file. You can not pick up your race packet without this signed waiver. To speed up packet pickup and race day registration, print the waiver document here and bring it with you. Any participant younger than 18 years old must have the waiver signed by their parent or guardian.
